Sales and refunds
Updated: October 4, 2026.
Your purchase
At launch, purchases are available in the Scalp City app for iPhone and Android through Apple and Google Play. The web shop is closed and opens later.
Scalp City sells fictional cash, one-time unlocks and the Scalpers Union subscription when shown as available. Prices are real money; game cash and items cannot be cashed out or delivered physically. The app store shows the price, currency, applicable tax and payment terms before you confirm a purchase.
Sign in before buying and use the same linked game account across platforms. Apple or Google Play handles checkout and payment details for app purchases. A benefit appears after payment verification and game sync. Never send payment-card details, passwords or authentication codes to support.
Bought cash never counts on the leaderboards. It adds no profit and no XP.
One-time and once-per-account purchases
Line Sitter and Con Manager are one-time unlocks. Under the Table includes both and is offered only if you own neither. Starter Pack and Fast Track may each be purchased once per account. An Owned label means you already have that item. Fast Track includes permanent helper unlocks and one free month of the Scalpers Union; that included month does not start automatic billing.
Scalpers Union and cancellation
The Scalpers Union is billed monthly and automatically renews until canceled. Apple or Google Play shows the final price, currency and billing terms before you agree. Manage or cancel through the store that bills you:
Apple or
Google Play. Cancel there before account deletion if you want to stop future renewals. Contact support if you need help identifying your purchase provider.
Cancellation stops future renewals. Membership benefits continue until the paid period expires, then the subscription helpers, daily cash, XP boost and union card end. Separately owned helpers and frames earned during membership remain after ordinary cancellation. Removing the app, starting over or deleting your account does not stop billing. You can delete immediately without waiting for the paid period to end, but deletion removes access to the game account and its benefits. It does not automatically issue a refund. See
Delete your account and the
Privacy Policy for the retained financial history and other deletion details.
Refunds, chargebacks and revocations
Request a refund through the store that charged you: follow
Apple's refund process for Apple purchases or
Google Play's refund process for Google Play purchases. Eligibility and processing follow that store's rules. For a missing purchase or help identifying an order, email
support@scalpcity.app with your handle, product, purchase date and order reference. We may verify account ownership. Mandatory consumer rights remain available; there is no blanket no-refunds rule here.
A refund, chargeback or revocation reverses the affected benefit. Available purchased cash may be recovered. Refunded or revoked unlocks are removed going forward, and the account is flagged for review. Reversal records prevent duplicate recovery. Contact support about an incorrect balance or entitlement. A purchase refund and subscription cancellation are separate actions, so check your renewal status when requesting a refund.
When the web shop opens
These website purchase terms apply only when the web shop opens. Website purchases will be limited to US players with a US billing address. Stripe will host checkout and show applicable US sales tax before payment. Web cash packs and the Starter Pack will include 20% more fictional cash than their app versions; subscription daily cash has no web bonus. Website subscriptions will be managed or canceled through the Stripe billing portal linked from the shop.
For a future website purchase problem or refund request, email
support@scalpcity.app with your handle, product, purchase date and order reference. We may verify account ownership. This website process does not replace Apple's or Google Play's refund process for app purchases.
