Scalp City is satire. Its stores, products, buyers, cash, market prices, fees, taxes, shopping bots and profits are fictional game mechanics. Nothing can be cashed out, and owning a game item does not entitle you to a physical product. The game does not provide financial advice or operate a real trading marketplace.

You can start with guest access. Available sign-in options let you connect a login to your game and restore verified progress. Keep your device and login secure. Do not share, sell or impersonate accounts. Guest access alone does not guarantee recovery after reinstalling. Moving your signed-in game to a new device may end the previous device's session.

Core play can continue offline. Backups, social features, shared drops, shared market prices, cook groups, push alerts and global conventions depend on a connection and available services. Server-verified progress governs shared results and rankings. An update may be required to participate. Delivery, stock, market outcomes and notification timing are not guaranteed.

Every tester starts a new game at public launch and chooses a new handle. Logins are kept, but beta cash, ordinary inventory, rank and handles do not carry over. Leaderboards start fresh and testing Fast mode ends. Beta progress, handles, activity and group records are archived with expiry 90 days after public launch; cleanup may occur after expiry. First-backup and collectible-eligibility records are retained separately.

Eligible beta accounts may receive one numbered Day Zero collectible after eligibility review. It stays sealed and cannot be sold to fictional buyers. Player-to-player transfer is unavailable unless a supported trading feature is introduced. This recognition does not preserve other beta progress or create a real-world ownership claim.

Do not cheat, exploit bugs, tamper with game history, disrupt services, evade restrictions or misuse reporting tools. Do not harass others, impersonate people or staff, or use hateful, abusive or rights-infringing handles or group names. Built-in shopping bots are game mechanics; they do not authorize automation against real stores or this service outside supported features.

Social posts and group chat use provided lines, reactions and emotes. Group leaders manage supported membership and pot actions. Dues, donations and group upgrades use fictional game cash. Perks follow the game's paid-week rules; contributing does not buy a real service or investment. Do not arrange outside payments for game accounts, currency or items.

You retain any rights you have in your submitted names and content. You allow us to store, display and moderate that content as needed to operate the game. This permission does not grant unrelated advertising rights. You can report public handles through the game and contact support about other conduct or a moderation decision. We may require a rename, remove content or restrict abusive accounts where appropriate. We do not promise that all content is reviewed before display.

At launch, purchases are available in the Scalp City app for iPhone and Android through Apple and Google Play. The web shop is closed and opens later. The app store shows the price, currency, applicable tax and payment terms before you confirm a purchase.

Ordinary gameplay uses fictional cash. Cash packs and paid unlocks use real money at the price and currency displayed before checkout. Virtual money and items are game-use permissions with no cash-out or physical delivery. Packs and mystery boxes stay sealed. Gameplay outcomes are never guaranteed.

Bought cash never counts on the leaderboards. It adds no profit and no XP. Profit from selling items bought with that cash follows the usual gameplay rules.

Only products shown as available may be purchased. Payment must be verified before a benefit is granted. Sign in to the same game account to use supported purchases across platforms. Pending or failed payments do not promise a benefit, and a checkout return page is not payment confirmation.

The Line Sitter and Con Manager are one-time unlocks. Under the Table includes both and is offered only while you own neither. The Starter Pack and Fast Track may each be purchased once per account. Starter Pack includes cash and its frame. Fast Track unlocks all ten ranks, both helpers permanently and one free month of the Scalpers Union. Fast Track does not add earned XP; rating and trading requirements still apply, and gameplay purchases still cost fictional cash. Its included month does not by itself authorize recurring billing.

The Scalpers Union is a monthly subscription that renews automatically until canceled. It includes $1,500 fictional cash for each day of active membership, paid when you next open the game. Apple or Google Play shows the price, currency and billing terms before you agree. Manage or cancel your subscription through the store that bills you: Apple or Google Play. Cancel there before account deletion if you want to stop future renewals. Contact support if you need help identifying your purchase provider.

While membership is active, it includes both helpers, $1,500 fictional cash for each day of active membership, paid when you next open the game, 50% more Hustle XP, a monthly frame and a union card. The XP bonus adds to other boosts instead of multiplying them. Membership follows the linked game account across supported platforms.

Canceling stops future renewals. When the paid period ends, subscription access to the helpers, daily cash, XP boost and union card ends. Helpers you own separately remain unlocked. Frames already earned remain yours after ordinary cancellation. Removing the app, starting over or requesting account deletion does not cancel billing. The included Fast Track month ends unless you separately choose a subscription.

Request refunds for app purchases through the store that charged you: Apple or Google Play. Contact support about a missing purchase or disputed correction. Store refund rules and mandatory consumer rights remain available. These terms impose no blanket nonrefundability. See Sales and refunds for details.

Refunds, chargebacks and revocations can reverse the affected purchase. Available purchased cash may be recovered. A refunded or revoked unlock is removed going forward, and the account is flagged for review; other valid purchases remain subject to their own records. Reversal records prevent duplicate credits or recoveries. Contact support if an entitlement or balance appears wrong.

The following website purchase terms apply only when the web shop opens. Website purchases will be limited to US players with a US billing address. Stripe will host checkout and show prices in US dollars, applicable sales tax and billing terms before payment. Web cash packs and the Starter Pack will include 20% more fictional cash than their app versions; this bonus does not increase subscription daily cash or other benefits. Website subscriptions will be managed or canceled through the Stripe billing portal linked from the shop. See Sales and refunds for website purchase support. No website purchase is available at launch.

The game is not directed to children under 13. If you are a minor eligible to use it where you live, your parent or guardian must review these terms and provide permission as required by law. The game does not collect a birth date or verify age. Store content ratings can vary by platform or region and do not replace local age requirements.

We or our licensors own the game, artwork and written content. You may use the game for personal entertainment. Do not redistribute it or use its content commercially without permission, except where law permits.

We may change, suspend or discontinue features for maintenance, safety, operational or legal reasons. We may restrict accounts that violate these terms. We will provide notice and remedies where law requires. Service availability, virtual items and progress are not promised forever. Starting over and removing the app are not account deletion. Use Settings > Delete account in the app or visit Delete your account. Deletion removes your game account and its benefits, including paid unlocks and the Day Zero entitlement. It does not cancel subscription billing or automatically issue a refund. The Privacy Policy explains retained payment history, deletion confirmations, shared history and provider-held records. Contact support if you cannot access your account.

Nothing in these terms excludes consumer or privacy rights, remedies or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. We do not impose mandatory arbitration or a class-action waiver through these terms. Contact support@scalpcity.app to help resolve a problem. Your mandatory local rights remain available.

We will date updates and communicate material changes as required. Continued use after applicable notice is subject to the updated terms, to the extent permitted by law.
