Email support@scalpcity.app. Tell us your handle, app version, device model and what happened. A screenshot can help, but remove personal information first. Never send passwords, sign-in codes, authentication tokens or payment-card details. We cannot promise an immediate reply.

Online backups need a connection and an available service. Guest access alone does not restore a game after reinstalling. If you use an available sign-in option, use the same provider account when restoring. Before moving devices, finish a backup on your old device when possible. Contact us if a backup fails or your progress is missing.

Use Settings > Delete account in the app or visit Delete your account. Removing the app or choosing Start over does not delete your account or server records. Deletion removes game progress and account benefits; the Privacy Policy explains the limited financial, deletion-confirmation and shared-history records that remain, and the separate treatment of support emails and provider records.

If you cannot sign in, email support@scalpcity.app. Include your current or last known handle, whether you used Apple or Google, and why you cannot access the account. If you made a purchase, include its order reference and date with payment details removed. We must verify ownership; a public handle alone is not proof. We may ask for further information to match your request safely. You do not need to reinstall the app to send a request. We will explain any additional steps; sending an email does not mean deletion is already complete.

You may also email us for access, correction or other privacy requests. Never send passwords, codes, authentication tokens or payment-card details.

Account deletion does not cancel billing. Manage subscriptions with Apple, Google Play, or Stripe through the web shop. You can delete your account without waiting for the paid period to end. Open Stripe's portal before deletion if you want to stop future charges; afterward, contact us for help or use a billing link in your receipt, if one was supplied. Cancellation and a refund are separate actions.

Use the game's name-report control for a public handle. For group names, group conduct, other safety concerns or a moderation appeal, email support with the relevant handle or group name and a description. Avoid repeating private information. Reports are reviewed; do not assume sending one instantly hides content.

Supported game alerts can be controlled by category in Settings. You can also turn off notification permission in your device settings. Alerts are optional and may arrive late or not at all. There are no marketing pushes.

Everyone starts a new game and chooses a new handle. Logins are kept. Beta cash, ordinary items and rank do not carry over. Beta progress, handles, activity and group records are archived with expiry 90 days after public launch; cleanup may occur after expiry. First-backup and collectible-eligibility records are retained separately. Eligible beta players may receive a separately granted Day Zero collectible. This reset does not delete your account.

No. Game money, products and profit are fictional. You cannot cash out or receive physical products. Packs and boxes stay sealed. Optional cash packs, when shown as available, use real money at the displayed price. For a missing purchase or refund issue, contact support with the product, purchase date and store order reference, without payment-card details. Subscription benefits are offered only when implemented and shown as available.
